Tiergarten Nürnberg

The dolphins at the Tiergarten Nürnberg dared to take their first swim into the huge panoramic basin of the dolphin lagoon on Wednesday, 3 August 2011 in the evening. Lured into the new area with fish and encouraged by their zoo keepers, dolphin grandpa Moby shortly set sail towards the unknown terrain. In further attempts, he and also Jenny gained more confidence and explored the new basin.

From now on, visitors can thus - at least occasionally - watch the dolphins together with the sea lions through the large underwater window at the "Blue Saloon".
