Brown Lemur

(engl: Brown Lemur)

Wet nose - does the lemur have a runny nose?

Brown Lemurs are a subspecies of lemur and they are semi-monkeys. They can be identified by their very moist nose and have a particularly good sense of smell.

Struck by moonlight

These primates are tree dwellers who hardly ever go on the ground. They are cathemeral, meaning that they can be active during both the day and night. The degree of their nighttime activity depends on the moonlight. When the moon is bright, they are more active.
