Flying monkey
In the wild, White-faced Sakis are difficult to find. They usually communicate with quiet chirping and calm movements. Their "freehand" jumps can be over 10 meters. That's why they are known as "flying monkeys" by natives.
The name White-faced Saki only works for the males. The females have a dark coloured face with two vertical stripes. This is a type of sexual dimorphism in the rare capuchin species.
